2023-2026 Strategic Plan

Over the course of 2022, the U.S. CattleTrace Board of Directors engaged in the process of completing a strategic plan for the organization. Critical input that was gathered from members from the 2021 and 2022 U.S. CattleTrace Symposium's was utilized alongside current industry practices to help outline the core initiatives.

The Strategic Plan will set the work of the organization over the next three years focused around- assimilating current contact tracing data, communicating standard operating procedures by industry segments, developing a long-term funding and resourcing model and building bench strength within the organization.
